I travel to Geneva every year and usually choose Ibis Styles. The service I received during my stay from 09 to 16 March reminded me why I keep coming back. Everyone was professional, friendly, and attentive, and made the visit very comfortable. Viace at the Front Office deserves special recognition for the warm welcome, efficiency, and willingness to go the extra mile with every request. Their proactive help and genuine hospitality made a real difference. Thank you to the whole team for taking such good care of guests and maintaining a high standard.

I was there for three nights. The bed was good, and getting to transport was easy. The staff didn’t come across as very welcoming. At check-in, I literally waited three seconds before the receptionist said hello. Across all my interactions, only one of the three receptionists smiled. That really makes or breaks the experience. I suspect management isn’t holding these values as a standard.

We stayed here to make getting to the airport for an early flight quicker and easier. The bus stop is on the hotel’s side of the road, so there’s no need to cross. We caught the earliest bus at 5:21am, and it was just two stops to the terminal.

Very bad experience. Booking advertised parking and garage availability, but when we arrived we were told there was no private parking, only a public garage with a 2m height limit. Our vehicle was too tall to fit, so we couldn’t park. We asked for help and were only allowed to stop in front of the hotel until 6 AM. Reception was very unfriendly.

The lobby is cozy and lively, with room to work or read and snacks available. Breakfast had a great variety and good coffee. The hotel is easy to reach by bus, and they provide a Geneva travel card for the length of your stay. Even though it’s very close to the airport, it isn’t noisy. I enjoyed my stay at Palexpo styles!
