My family and I stayed there last summer, in 2023, and had an amazing time, well beyond what we expected. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and we loved the incredible view. Thank you for giving us eight nights that felt comfortable and safe, and made our vacation so enjoyable. ♥️

The apartment is clean, modern, and right in the center of Lenk. We loved the balcony view, and the kitchen was thoughtfully designed and better equipped than we expected. The rooms and bathroom were nice, and the grocery store is only three minutes away. Arranging check-in and check-out can be confusing, though. After 19:00 there's no one at the desk, and the keys are left spread out on a table for guests to find. Without reading the instructions beforehand, you'd have a hard time. The parking is also a bit hidden if you're arriving for the first time.

We stayed in apartment C. It was clean, the kitchen had all the equipment, and the view was wonderful. A great place to unwind, although it is a little far from the main villages, perhaps an hour and a half away.

I wouldn't recommend this place. The furniture was old and worn, and the refrigerator was broken. It's an hour from Interlaken, where there are better options closer by. Some of our belongings were lost at the accommodation, and we still haven't been compensated for the loss or other damage we suffered there. Management hasn't responded. A bad hotel and poor management.
