The spa downstairs was world-class, and the apartment was just as impressive, modern and roomy, with a lovely big balcony. We were three couples and had rented it together. Lulu was a fantastic host, quick to sort out any request and really helpful. Both the ski lifts and downtown Crans's main street were only a five-minute walk away. Such a great stay, we couldn't have asked for more.
The apartments were beautiful, luxurious, comfortable, and spacious, but the service impressed me even more. Everything exceeded our expectations. Crans's sports club was the highlight, with outstanding amenities and service. We'll definitely be back.
Our apartment was cozy, luxurious, and great to stay in. The staff made an incredible effort to help with whatever we wanted, whether that meant extra kitchen utensils, taxis, or restaurant bookings. One of the best service experiences I've had, and we had a great time.
The pool and spa were excellent, and the apartments had plenty of space and were well furnished. A great spot for families or friends. Highly recommend!
The facilities were beautiful and the apartments were great, with amazing service throughout. We had such a good time at the Sports Club. I recommend it 100% and hope to come back.
