The chef's work made the food feel like art, and the whole experience was amazing. Everything was just right, with impeccable service and helpful wine advice from the sommelier. We got to try some excellent wines from the Valais region.

The heated pool, sauna, and hammam are all top-notch, and the bistro food was delicious and carefully made. This Crans Montana hotel is a real gem, with a wonderful team that made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. The room views were breathtaking. Choose a Mountain View room if you can, it's worth it.

We spent a couple of nights here in December, and the hotel's charm and warmth made it one of our favorite places to stay. It feels like amazing value for the price, with much more than you'd expect. The atmosphere, service, rooms, and both the interior and exterior decor were sublime. Our room and balcony were grand in size, with a stunning view across the mountain tops. We had beautiful winter days here, getting cozy by the fireplace, which the staff lit for us. The service made us feel incredibly spoiled. They offered complimentary transfers to the lifts or elsewhere, and one of the attentive staff helped us rent skis. The beauty and level of service went beyond what we could have hoped for.
