Six Senses Crans-Montana

Our stay at Six Senses Crans-Montana was unforgettable, and the team made it feel truly special. The hotel is wonderfully welcoming to children, so our family felt comfortable throughout. Housekeeping kept everything spotless and beautifully maintained, with such consistent care. I also want to thank the lady manager of the main restaurant for her kindness, professionalism, and presence, and Adriana and Dominic from the Earth Lab for their passion and commitment to sustainability. Everyone was warm, professional, and attentive to even the smallest details. Six Senses has won me over, and I expect to remain a loyal guest. Thank you for a beautiful holiday that exceeded our expectations.

I usually wait until after checkout to write a review, but the Six Senses team made our holiday such a joy that I wanted to say so now. The care and attention to detail were outstanding, and there wasn't anything I disliked. We appreciated the hotel facilities and rooms, the restaurants, room service, the Six Senses app, and the activities. The food was amazing as well. Thanks for everything. We'll definitely return!

Everything was literally perfect. The view from the Ora bar is amazing, and the service was great, especially Coralie. The food was the best we've ever tasted in Switzerland. Thank you, team!

The main frustration was getting help when we had a problem. On arrival, our room faced the parking area, which was fine, but a nearby bar made quite a bit of noise. Opening the window also let in large, noisy flies, and that was really uncomfortable. We asked for help removing them or for a different room, but ended up staying awake late trying to sort it out ourselves so we could sleep. The response at the time wasn't satisfactory, and the hotel app was slow to reply; complaint follow-up also felt less responsive than it should have been. I hope guest communication and response improve. The building and concept are stunning, and my room was one of the most beautiful I've stayed in. Housekeeping was especially impressive: each time we came back, everything was spotless and arranged so well it felt like seeing the room for the first time. The in-house ski rental and shops were very convenient and saved us time and effort compared with renting equipment outside the hotel. The spa, especially the pool, was a relaxing place to unwind. It was busy during our stay, which is understandable given how beautifully designed it is, and I'd happily visit again. I wish the hotel continued success and hope more resorts like it open. With better communication and responsiveness, this beautiful experience could be exceptional.
