The staff were friendly in the end, but my wine arrived when I was nearly done eating. The food itself was very tasty, made with fresh ingredients and served nicely.

I went with work colleagues, and some of us ordered burgers. The patties seemed like supermarket frozen ones and tasted bad. Even as someone who likes salt, I found the fries far too salty, and my colleagues felt the same. One of the worst meals I’ve had in a while. I’d choose BK or McD’s burgers over these any day.

The place is striking, with lots of little and big ship-related details, though the large open space does get noisy. I’ve been for dinner several times. The menu leans heavily toward fish, with some very good, healthy alternatives too. The waterbuffalo tartar was delicious and well seasoned, and the shrimp salad was tasty and a generous portion. Their homemade iced tea was refreshingly not too sweet for once. Service was a bit slow, so there’s room to improve, though that’s a small complaint. I’d happily recommend it for a cozy meal with friends.

The dining room was nicely styled, but the meal was a big disappointment. Our second course was described as pumpkin purée, yet it had just a tablespoon of pumpkin and was mostly falafel, which hadn’t been presented as the main ingredient. The food was heavily over-salted and inedible. When we first raised this with the waitress, she didn’t offer to get the chef or hostess. The dessert’s stale nut croccant smelled disgusting and tasted bitter. We complained again and asked for the hostess, who eventually came to speak with us. Both the food and service need a lot of work.
