We felt very welcome here, thanks to the incredibly kind and accommodating owners. The rooms are beautiful, the location is central, and the customer service from this charming family-run hotel was top notch. I'll definitely stay again on my next trip to Leukerbad.

We spent five nights here over Christmas and highly recommend it. The staff were wonderfully kind and made us feel like one big family. Breakfast was very good, the rooms were clean, and the restaurant was excellent. The location was great too.

The food was delicious. I had a steak cooked well done, just as I asked, but it was still tender. My husband enjoyed his cordon-bleu too. We stopped in for dinner with a couple of friends and were greeted by a lovely woman, who the owner later introduced as his wife. They were friendly, well organized, attentive to little details, and had a great sense of humor. You can tell they care about their guests. I definitely recommend it. You'll enjoy it.

We stopped by with my girlfriend and dog for a warm drink in the late afternoon. The drinks were delicious, the Swiss interior was cozy, and everyone was friendly. The service and welcome were outstanding, and they even brought our dog water and treats. Thanks so much!

The service was professional and there's nothing to complain about there. The Goulash soup could have been thicker, though, and the vegetables softer, so I can't give it five stars.
