Aparthotel dala Leukerbad

The owner was so attentive and sweet. She helped me work out the laundry room since the instructions weren't in English, and even offered to do my laundry so I could enjoy my day. When she came to change my towels, she noticed I was trying to dry my clothes and brought me a drying rack. The free breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations and was the best I've had, especially at no cost. There were fresh breads, pastries, fruit, meat, vegetables, and lots of coffee and juice choices. This was the best hotel I've stayed at in a long time. Stay here if you want a relaxing, exceptional stay.

We were a young family visiting from London and stayed four nights. The host kindly upgraded us to a suite, which gave us even more room. The room was clean and tidy, and we loved sitting on the cozy sofa and looking out at the snowy mountain. Breakfast was superb, with a nice view, and the central location put us close to everything we needed. We'll definitely return to this family-run hotel next ski season!

Sämi, the sweet parrot at reception, was the highlight of our weekend at Hotel Dala. We also enjoyed the tasty breakfast, made with local products and delicacies. The owner was welcoming and shared lots of information and advice about things to do nearby. The location is perfect, and our room was very nice, spacious enough for two, and had a lovely little balcony. We had a great time and highly recommend it.

I never write reviews, but the manager at hotel Dala deserves a mention. She arranged an early breakfast, upgraded us to a better room, and gave us helpful advice. Thank you for making our time in Leukerbad such a fond memory. It's a lovely location. Get a room with a mountain view and private deck, it's worth the extra.
