For an apartment, I expected a washing machine, microwave, and even an iron, and none of those were there. The internet was also a problem. In my opinion, it wasn't a fully comfortable place to stay, and the rest of it didn't make up for those issues, so I can't give it a high score.
The standout was how clean the apartment was when we arrived, which is why I'm giving it five stars. It's in a great spot, near the center but still peaceful, and has all the necessary comforts. They left two rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, and cleaner for the stovetop, though that felt a bit sparse. We could have used something to clean the tables and floors. Still, an excellent apartment, and I'd highly recommend it.
We had a wonderful time in Leukerbad and would happily come back. The apartment was lovely, furnished very well, and spotless, and we were given an incredibly warm, friendly welcome. Highly recommended. It definitely won't be our last visit!
The owners made us feel very welcome. Our renovated apartment was practical and had everything we needed, including a raclette and fondue set. It's in the old village, with a view of the typical Valais chalets.
After a tiring journey, we found the accommodation wasn't worth what we paid. The owner is Malaysian. He kept our full deposit, saying it was for repairs to the doors and windows, even though he had promised to return it all when we left. Parking was free, but we were charged for it. I don't recommend staying here, and I won't be back.
