Dorothy, the manager, was lovely. She let us do laundry for free and lent us a Swiss-to-German power converter without asking for a deposit. We found the kitchen well equipped and a balcony too, with everything in perfect condition. I hadn't paid much attention when booking since I was focused on price, so it was a nice surprise. Great stay!

The views from this lovely place are spectacular, and we really liked where it was situated. The service was gracious and generous. I'd highly recommend it for the whole family.

A beautiful hotel in an amazing city, though it takes a while to get there.

The staff made us feel very welcome, and I was delighted with the stay. The apartments are spacious and luxurious, with everything provided and ready to use. There's a pleasant little spa beside the residence that wasn't crowded, and the mountain views are beautiful. I'd gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Leukerbad.

The in-house spa, with its sauna, was a highlight. We were welcomed warmly and had a spotless, very well-equipped apartment. It was peaceful but still fairly close to the center, with underground parking and an elevator. I know Leukerbad very well and can wholeheartedly recommend Residenz Iris. I'd happily stay again.
