The toddler playroom and dishwasher were nice, and the woman we could contact on-site beforehand was very friendly, though we never met her in person. Interhome handled our questions extremely unprofessionally, rudely, and in poor German. We had to call what felt like 10 times, even to get the booking confirmation. Never again. There wasn’t a separate bedroom, just a niche in the wall. The light-colored curtains let in all the daylight, so sleeping in wasn’t possible. Everything felt dusty and dingy: a disgusting shower curtain, nails in the walls with no pictures, an expired chewing gum wrapper, and dust under and behind the furniture. The decor looked like the 1960s, all beige on beige and overdone. Despite the playroom, it was absolutely unsuitable for families, and occupancy should be limited to two people at most. The bar photos were misleading too, since it was always dark and empty. The key was handed over without any explanation, including how to get to the center faster through the back exit or how to return the key. Reception was always unattended.

The apartments are superbly furnished, with a fantastic view. Great value for the money.

We had a beautiful view from a very clean apartment with great features. The location is excellent for skiing, with the Torrent Bahnen Leukerbad ski lift only a few meters away. Leukerbad Therme is about 500 meters away.

The Torrent cable car is fantastic and only 100 to 200 meters away on foot. This is a very beautiful location. Choose this part of the resort in Loueche / Leukerbad, even though it’s farther from the charming town center. You can find places farther in, but you can also get ripped off, as we did at “Grichting und Badnerhof.” It’s completely “falling” because of the arrogance and greed of a certain member of the “” family, who also owns a good part of the town. Some of their offspring seem to have no sense of hospitality or business. They advertised a “Junior Suite,” but it was a basic room in a disused hotel, without the services listed in the booking.com ad and absent from the room we got on arrival. As they say in Marseille, “meefie!” Generally, the Swiss are honest and reliable, though there are some bad apples too.
