The staff made a great impression, especially Carol at reception, the owner, and a lovely French gentleman whose name I never caught and who seemed to handle every kind of job. Our group of 55, including 50 teenagers and five teachers, were all happy with the rooms and meals. The food is excellent compared with other three-star hotels in Europe, and the beer was good too. Rooms were clean, the beds were okay, and the showers were great. There’s plenty of parking, even for coaches, and the views are stunning. The decor is beautiful. I’d happily stay again and recommend the hotel.

The view was fine, and the staff were okay, but the stay was pretty bad. Someone threw up on my ski bag, and the ski gear room smelled awful. The mattresses sagged, and the “pillows” were thinner than paper when you lay down. I also got yelled at after accidentally taking the smaller plate.

It’s a beautiful town, and all the shopkeepers were really nice. The scenery is amazing, and the food was great. Our room had plenty of space, with bunks that could probably sleep six, maybe more if everyone was friendly. Since we visited in summer, it was quiet. The town is at 4,248 feet (1,295 meters), so anyone with breathing issues might want to skip the visit. I saw a mom towing her child up the hill on a bicycle. Those people are sturdy!

The hotel isn’t new, but its location is perfect, tucked into the mountains. The people in charge were very professional and friendly, and the food was very good. 🥰

We’ve already booked for next year and expect we’ll keep coming back for years. Our extended weekend at Hotel Alpine Classic, from Friday to Sunday with a group of more than 150, went smoothly from the first contact with the sales department right through to the end. The whole team was professional and flexible, and everyone was so friendly. Guests said their expectations had been exceeded. The rooms were always clean, the large hall was arranged just as we’d agreed, and the food was delicious. A big thank you to everyone. We absolutely recommend the hotel and its team!
