The people were nice, the breakfast was good, the view was okay, and the pool was great. But the beds were really bad, the bathrooms weren't very clean, and the rooms are cheap. With some improvements this could be a very nice hotel, but in its current state the price is much too high.

The pool was a nice way to cool off each evening, and the place does the trick. We couldn't figure out the noises in the rooms, maybe the pool pump was running all night. The decor felt a bit cold, and the shower head was mounted at chest height. I know that's common in Italian hotels, but it's annoying for anyone from northern Europe.

The rooms were good and clean, and whenever we needed something, it was taken care of with a smile. Air conditioning would be handy on warm days, though I heard you were planning to address that. We were meant to leave Sunday, but after the hailstorm on Friday evening damaged our car, we had to stay longer. The staff were very understanding and moved us to another room. I had the most contact with Alice and Sophie, and want to mention them in particular. I don't know when, but we'll be back. Thanks for everything!

The breakfast was among the poorest I've ever seen: a plate of yellow cheese, a plate of sausage, some creams and yoghurt, and cornflakes. The coffee was terrible. On the plus side, parking was on site, and they gave us a bigger room than the one we booked. It was a nice room with a good view in the morning.
