The balconies in some rooms are fantastic, and the location is great. It’s a family-run hotel, which adds to the charm, and the value for money is excellent. It’s neither fancy nor especially new or absolutely clean, but it’s perfectly adequate for a comfortable stay.

It’s a basic but clean, functional hotel in a great location. Parking is in the nearby public parking center.

We slept well because it stays quiet at night, even though you're close to everything in town. The hotel is good, and the bar is good too.

It's handy for getting around, with everything close by. The internet was laggy, though, and both the space and the smell were poor. Staff don't speak English.

The kitchen smells of old grease, and the entrance is already dirty and awful smelling, with paper scattered around and cigarette butts on the floor. In the room there was a musty odor and stains across the walls. I'll say nothing about the bathroom. The boss's son handles service: untidy, unfriendly, and he could do with a shower. The boss herself is just embarrassing. Get out as fast as you can. Hard to imagine a worse hotel in Ticino.
