Giovanna's hospitality made the stay especially memorable. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the room was comfortable and as expected. I was very happy with the service and location, and had a very pleasant stay in Locarno. I'd definitely recommend the hotel and look forward to returning.

The view is absolutely amazing, and the rooms are quite comfortable for a little two-star hotel. Service was especially good. The lady at reception was helpful and accommodating, and nothing was a problem. It's a great place to stay, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Locarno.

Breakfast was pretty good for what it cost. The hotel was really nice, and the staff were friendly. We brought our dog and had no problems at all.

The room was nice, and the bed was comfortable. It felt like good value for the price. A few things could be better: there were no vegetables at breakfast, possibly because of covid, and there was no way to make coffee in the room. The air conditioning wouldn't turn on. That may have been my fault since I didn't ask reception for the remote, though I think it should be in the room. The staff didn't speak English, which in a tourist place cost it a star for me.

Breakfast tasted good, though there weren't many choices. The rooms were a comfortable European size, and we had a lovely lake view from the balcony.
