There were bedbugs in the bathroom, and hornets around the property and in the rooms. The rooms were full of vermin. Nobody cleaned or changed the bed linen, so we had to take care of everything ourselves.

There wasn’t anyone on site to help with problems, though we sorted ours out quickly by message. The village is lovely and an easy, pleasant walk away. We had a spacious, quiet, comfortable place with great meadow views, and since almost nobody else was there, it felt like we had the whole mansion. Our room had two floors and comfortable, slightly small beds. There were no curtains or blinds upstairs, so daylight filled the room by 6:00 AM. Highly recommended.

The bathroom flooded when I tried to shower. The water wouldn’t drain and reached the door, so I had to use the mop provided in the house to push it back and clean the bathroom. The toilet seat was loose too. The tiled room was covered in hair, lint, dust, and cobwebs, so with our crawling child along, I immediately mopped the floor with disinfectant wipes. Our son had been excited about the “pool,” but it clearly hadn’t been used for years. We arrived today as a family of four. What a way to start a vacation. Never again!

A really good place to stay, surrounded by beautiful nature. The rooms were lovely, with a fridge, and the bathroom was well kept. The kitchen was adequate. The garden and swimming pool were neglected, which was a shame, but just a small detail for me. I can only recommend it! 10/10.
