The instructions in the email were clear, so finding the apartment was easy. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk from the station, with a Migros within 200 m. There are three rooms rented separately, and guests share a fridge and stove. The apartment itself was nice. The main drawback for me was the shared bathroom, which could be hard to manage if all the rooms were occupied. It wasn’t sparkling clean, but the rooms and bathrooms were in good condition.

The apartment was very nice and the service was good. Check-in at 16:00 feels too late, while check-out at 10:00 is too early. I think the gap between those hours could be improved.

It’s very quiet and in a good location, about a ten-minute walk from the train station. It had all the amenities needed for a stay in Lugano.

Good value for the price.

Not recommended. It was overpriced, and although I rented an apartment, I got just one room in a three-room apartment shared with other guests. The towels smelled unpleasant, and the room door was noisy and difficult to close. The bed didn’t match the photos, and the mattress was uncomfortable. Using the bathroom was also unpleasant: it had no window or ventilation and was “always” occupied.
