HOTEL ATLANTICO self check-in

The service was super friendly, and breakfast was fresh with plenty to choose from. I also appreciated the communal iron and the free self-serve coffee and tea. My room had a little terrace overlooking the street, and it was spotless, almost as if they repaint after every guest. The decor is very retro, like a hotel from the 80s-90s. This is probably the only reasonably priced hotel in Lugano. A communal fridge for cheese or cold drinks would've been nice. I'd definitely stay again.

Hotel Atlantico was a great base, near the lake and Monte Bré funicular but away from the city centre's bustle. Our room was bright, clean, well designed, and had a small balcony. The breakfast buffet had a good variety, including freshly boiled eggs, which was a real treat. Staff were courteous and helpful, with suggestions for things to do nearby. We loved Lugano and would gladly stay at Hotel Atlantico again.

We loved it and will definitely return. The staff were the friendliest I've come across at a hotel, the room was clean, and breakfast was delicious. It's very close to the city centre, and they gave us free public transport tickets for our stay.

We were there just for one night, but had a really pleasant stay. The hosts were friendly, the room was clean, and the continental breakfast was perfect. It's close enough to the city centre while staying clear of traffic and noise. A few on-site parking spaces were a big bonus. I hope to pass through Lugano again and would stay here.
