The woman at the breakfast restaurant really stood out. She had such a lovely attitude and made every guest feel appreciated and happy. She was a real asset and made my stay even better. All the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I truly enjoyed staying here and hope I get the chance to come back.

Freshly pressed orange juice was a personal favourite, and breakfast overall was excellent. The rooms are fantastic for the price, and there’s secure underground parking for cars. The hotel is in the city centre, close to a coop supermarket and public transport. The staff were amazing, welcoming, and so supportive. To me, this is an amazing 4 star hotel with top notch service. Whenever we visit Lugano, we’ve decided these are the people we’ll contact first for accommodation.

A staff member made me feel truly at home during our one-night stay. She greeted every guest with a warm smile and was always ready to help, whether that meant bringing coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, or providing fresh cutlery. She was the friendliest person I’ve ever encountered. The hotel, our room and bathroom, and the restaurant were all clean and well maintained. The restaurant food was delicious too.

I had a wonderful stay for 2 nights. All the staff were amazing and friendly, and Katia was there helping guests with her service. If I could give 6 stars, I would, hahahaa.

The rooms and bathroom were good, and the staff were excellent and kind. Madam Katja was especially accommodating and happy to help, even while she was very busy.
