I usually prefer hotels because I like reliable comfort and don’t want to deal with home tasks while traveling, so my bar for a short rental is high. Pure lux delivered on the whole experience. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures, and the bedding was more comfortable than in the hotels we’ve stayed at. There’s a supermarket around the corner, the bus station is a 4 minute walk away, and the lake is a 20 minute walk. Communication was easy, and it was very affordable for the area. Highly recommend!

The apartment is spacious and everything was perfect. The host was kind and helpful. A reliable choice in Lugano, and I’d definitely recommend it.

We spent 2 days here as a family of 4 and really enjoyed it. The apartment is new, fully furnished, and super clean. The owners are very nice and happy to share tips for enjoying your stay. Strongly recommend it.

The apartment was quiet, very clean, and excellent, with free parking. The directions for both the apartment and parking were clear and easy to follow, and you were both very helpful and great at communicating. As an airline captain, I’ve experienced a lot of stays, and this was more than I’d expect. Everything went beyond our expectations, and I’ll definitely come back again and again.

There’s absolutely nothing missing from this practical, super comfortable apartment. It’s clean, sunny, centrally located, and big enough for 5 people, with all the everyday essentials. Well done, Ana & Andrea.
