Maria was a wonderful host. The guest bathroom was spotless and very modern, and she speaks German, English, and Italian fluently. She also shared ideas for our journey the next day. We added breakfast for a modest price, and Maria arrived right on time with hot coffee, pastries, fresh fruit, eggs, and muesli. The room was small but very tidy and quiet. We especially liked sitting on the outdoor patio, enjoying the fresh mountain air and distant views of Lago Lugano, and having breakfast there. A few practical things to know: the narrow one-way driveway is a little nerve-racking with a large vehicle, and the walk around the buildings to the guest room on the lower ground floor isn’t suitable for elderly people or anyone with a disability. A large suitcase would be hard to carry there. Speak with Maria first and ask about reaching your flat through the main house above.

Theresa welcomed us even though we arrived at nine in the evening. We spent one night in a beautifully furnished room that had everything we needed. Breakfast was thoughtfully prepared and delicious, and set us up well for a trip to the mountains. We’d gladly stay again.

Our first girls' weekend went really well, and we felt warmly welcomed. The place was clean and well kept, with lots of care put into everything. Breakfast was delicious and generous. I’d love to return with my family. Thanks for everything, highly recommended.

The welcome was warm, and breakfast was carefully prepared and served on the terrace. It was very clean and quiet. The access road is a little narrow and steep.
