My stay at prestige 32 in Lugano was really disappointing. Expedia showed a lake view, but there was no view at all, and the apartment in the online photos looks much nicer than the actual place. Check-in was meant to be at 3:00pm, yet we weren't allowed into the building until 3:40pm because the room wasn't ready. We spent 40 minutes outside in freezing rain and arrived late to our party, which was the whole reason for the trip. Once we finally got in, the bed hadn't been made and the shower was defective. Staff barely apologized. It was pretty upsetting.

Prestige du Lac 34 is a 12-minute walk from the beach. It has a terrace, and free private parking is provided. The apartment is 450 m from Exhibition Center Lugano. There's a dishwasher in the kitchen and a satellite TV. Art Museum Lugano is 2 km away, Monte San Salvatore is 2.5 km away, and Agno Airport is 4 km from the property.

The location was very convenient, but there wasn't a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, or enough towels in the apartment. Parking was a mess, especially with an SUV.

The flat was very dirty and wasn't accessible. I wouldn't recommend it or the way the property is managed to anyone.

I was there from May 8th to 12th. The Prestige du Lac is nicely located and the apartment itself is nice, but it needs more attention. There was dust and a few hairs by the bed, though it wasn't dirty overall. On arrival, we noticed an unpleasant smell, probably because the place had been shut up for a while. The bathroom fittings were pretty worn, the tub leaked from the shower, and the jacuzzi didn't work. The welcome bottle was a nice gesture, but the stay didn't quite meet expectations.
