Queen Home in Lugano

Lugano was wonderful as ever, but the apartment needs repairs. There were burn marks on the tables, sinks and sofa, plus splashes of unidentifiable brown stains on the living room and bathroom walls. It hadn't been cleaned properly either, and there were black feet. There was very little crockery and no cleaning supplies. The apartment also had no washing machine, iron or ironing board, and was missing shower gel, shampoo and soap. We told Happy Holidays Homes about all of it, but they acted like they knew nothing. Then I saw on Booking.com that two previous guests had already reported the same issues. The apartment could actually be great.
