Check-in was easy, the appliances were great, and the place was very clean and in a perfect spot in Lugano. The downside was the lack of basic cooking supplies, so we had to buy salt and oil. Coffee pods were provided, but only enough for the first day.

The apartment is in a spot that would otherwise be very good. The bar downstairs seemed closed, so there was no noise from it. Inside, there were lots of small defects and cleanliness problems. The shower cubicle was moldy from poor sealing, and a broken item hanging inside it could cause an injury. The air conditioner filter was completely clogged. The dishwasher's pull-out drawer was missing wheels, and both the salt and rinse aid were empty. The sideboard wouldn't close, the furniture was practically falling apart, one wardrobe handle was broken, and a toothbrush glass was missing. Swisscom TV was installed but couldn't be used.
