The booking center says I'll have to wait 14 days for my refund after cancelling, which caught me off guard. I booked on February 27, 2025 for September 1-8, with free cancellation until August 23, and paid more for that option. Within 48 hours, €300 was debited as a prepayment. I hadn't planned for that charge, so I cancelled on March 1, 2025, but the refund still won't come for 14 days. Be careful with your booking payment, even when you book close to arrival with free cancellation.

We had no heating and couldn't get hot water when we needed it. There was no parking, no laundry card, and the stove didn't work. I paid for a week and didn't get to relax in the cold. This was money thrown away, and it wasn't right to stay here. Nothing was right.
