Askar really made our stay at Swiss Hotel Apartments in Lugano special. From check-in through local recommendations, he went above and beyond, and he kindly shared the location of a beautiful beach, Lido di Lugano, which was a perfect place to relax. His professionalism, friendliness, and personal attention made us feel welcome. The apartment was clean, modern, well located, and had everything we needed. Highly recommended if you're visiting Lugano, you'll be in great hands.

The kitchenette had everything we needed for cooking, eating, and drinking, and there was a bowl of fruit, chocolates, and bottled water waiting on the table. The sofa bed was very creaky, but comfortable enough. The place is in a fairly quiet area within walking distance of a few bus stops. Self check-in was a bit confusing: there was a screen outside and room cards, but the screen only sent WhatsApp messages to the office. It was easier to use the intercom and call up to be let in. Once we got through, check-in was completed at the office, and the lovely Russian receptionist brought us and our luggage up. I didn't catch her name, but thank you, I really appreciated how kind she was and how much she clearly enjoyed hosting.

The apartment was amazing, in a good location, and very clean. The staff were really nice. Definitely recommended.

No AC made the apartment really hot, and it was a terrible experience. The apartment was very different in real life from what we expected, really small and full of water. We were left waiting to get into our rooms at check-in after being told the lock wasn't working, when actually the apartment was being cleaned. The office was horrible, and they wouldn't refund our money, which isn't fair. I won't accept this kind of behavior. Worst place ever, don't let them fool you.
