The quiet, safe neighborhood made the weekend feel comfortable, and getting into town by bus was easy even though the hostel isn't right in the center. My room had its own shower and toilet, and both the room and bathroom were clean. Eva at reception was so kind and ready to help with anything. The rules were clear, the other girls in my room were friendly, and the lockers felt secure, though they need a 2 Swiss franc coin. It was really inexpensive for Switzerland. I had a great stay and would happily come back.

Ewa at reception made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived, and her warm help and tips added a lot to our stay. We came from Malta, though we're originally from Pakistan, and had a memorable family trip in Switzerland. Youth Hostel Savosa had a friendly feel and worked really well for us with children. I had a wonderful experience with my family and would recommend it to anyone traveling with kids.

My children and I felt cared for throughout our five nights here. The staff were all so attentive and kind, and from the minute we arrived we felt part of a lovely community. We had an absolute delight of a stay. Grazie a tutti!

I'm 17 and backpacking around Europe, so this was my first hostel stay and I might not have much to compare it with. Still, after five nights here, I had an amazing time. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and nice, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Thanks Ava! The place is peaceful and quaint at night, with nice amenities. It's minutes from grocery stores and the bus stop, and very affordable for Switzerland. The Ticino Ticket is included too, giving you free public transport around Ticino. I couldn't recommend it more.
