There aren't any gym or recreation facilities, and rooms facing the restaurant's outdoor area can get a bit noisy. Still, the room has what you need if you're in the area for work or just stopping overnight on a road trip. The restaurant food is excellent. Eating under the trees is an option too, and I'd highly recommend it.

The food was great, and the hotel has that lovely old feel. Rooms at the back have balconies, and the train station is very close.

I liked the general atmosphere here. The rooms were pleasant and simple, and the hotel sits right in the center of Lyss. Since the building is old, though, it can get quite noisy.

I’m a light sleeper, so the noise in the hotel after 10 PM bothered me. Apart from that, everything was fine.

Chef Kull clearly puts a lot of care into the food, even foraging some of his own herbs in the forest each day. Our dinner was delicious, perfectly cooked, and so well balanced, with beautiful plating too. Adis picked a great wine to go with it, and the whole evening was lovely. I can't wait to come back!
