Hôtel des Innovations

The beds were super comfortable, and we liked the cozy, tasteful room. We had a wonderful two-night stay as a couple, and the breakfast was great. The hotel had only opened two months earlier, so everything still looked new and shiny 😊. I’d recommend it for couples, families, or business trips.

The breakfast was excellent, and the manager’s apology today, February 10th, felt sincere. She offered us another room, but I didn’t want to move again after cleaning the one myself. I was too tired after travelling from Zurich and spending all day at the course to keep arguing, and I even cried out of frustration. Nobody seemed to care. I stayed there for training from February 2nd to 6th, 2026, then again from February 9th to 13th, 2026. The first stay was spotless, as the room photos show. On the second stay I was moved through five different rooms. Four had hair in the bedding and one was occupied. Staff couldn’t clean any of them, and the conditions were still bad after I changed rooms. I showed the hair to the manager, but she insisted the room was clean, spoke strange English, and was stern rather than helpful or understanding. The previous week there had been double bookings; this week rooms were unclean even with several course participants there. Since the course is arranged by the organizers, I’ll report this again tomorrow. Whatever the reason, no one wants strangers’ hair in their bed. This is unacceptable for a four-star hotel. There’s a fitness room, though I skipped it after that generous breakfast with so many choices. I found this well-located hotel on a business trip, near Fribourg, with plenty of shops and restaurants in a quiet area. The welcome was warm, and the room felt luxurious, with high-quality materials that stood out to me as someone in construction. The bedding was impeccable, and having a coffee machine in the room was fantastic. For the price, it’s far better than other hotels I’ve stayed in. I highly recommend it. Cédric

We spent nearly a month at the Hôtel des Innovations in Marly, including Christmas and New Year’s, and came away with wonderful memories and a real wish to return soon. The apartment had a refined feel, excellent finishes, and was comfortable, while the hotel facilities were high quality. Whenever we asked for something, the response was quick and efficient. From arrival, the welcome was warm and attentive, which made the festive period especially lovely. I want to thank Renato, along with Celine, Maxime, and Alana from the cleaning team, for their professionalism, kindness, and help throughout. This was the best hotel experience we’ve had anywhere so far. A huge thank you to the whole team for making our stay and year-end celebrations unforgettable.
