Two weeks before the event, the hotel cancelled a booking for several rooms that we'd made almost a year ahead. After cancelling, they listed the rooms again on booking.com at a higher price.

The staff's hospitality was exceptional, and we'd make this our first choice when staying in Heidiland again. We spent seven nights there in mid-June. The rooms were quite large and very clean. It was convenient for our planned hikes, about a 25-minute walk from Sargans train station, with a nearby bus stop offering a direct ride there if we didn't feel like walking.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The room was nice and very clean, the bed was good, and breakfast was good too. The personnel were very friendly. Whether you need a hotel for one night or a week in the area, this is a very good option.

The outside looks grim, but it's lovely inside. Comfortable room and a decent breakfast. I'd stay again.

The staff were amazing, and breakfast was great. Our room had a fridge, a comfy bed and beautiful views of the nearby mountains. It was an ideal spot for several hikes and day trips to nearby cities. Totally recommended.
