We had a comfortable, hassle-free stay, and the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and modern, with air conditioning, sun and blackout exterior blinds, and automatic night lights along the floor in both the room and bathroom, a great idea. The mini bar had complimentary water, local beer, and gasosa. There was really good coffee, plus free fruity iced water, fresh fruit, and an ice machine available around the clock. For this part of Ticino, this is the best option. Much better than the chain hotels and the airbnbs trying to be fancy. Check-in and check-out were very simple and automatic. Highly recommended!

Everything felt thoughtfully arranged and made us feel at home. The self check-in was seamless, the shared bar area was nicely furnished, and the rooms were clean with a warm, modern design. Local beer, water, and lemonades were included in the mini bar. One drawback in the standard rooms is that a curtain is the only divider between the bathroom and the rest of the room. The studios have a proper door, and toilets for extra privacy are available down the hall. Apart from that, it was a perfect stay at an affordable price.

The staff were welcoming and attentive to what guests needed. Self check-in was easy and practical, and the room had a beautiful view of the Locarno lake. It's a very nice hotel, just two steps from Minusio train station. Thanks again, I'll be back.

I loved all the plants around the hotel, and you can even take one to your room. The lounge is simple and cozy, with a variety of drinks and coffee. The coffee is amazing, I guarantee it. The hotel is close enough to the lake for a walk in that breathtaking setting, and the mountain view is unreal at golden hour. It's an eco-friendly place that feels like home. Everything was super clean, and the hallways had a unique, lovely smell that will bring back memories of my stay. I'd trust this place again even on a solo trip, and I really recommend it if you're coming to Minusio!
