The staff were unfriendly, and the prices were outrageous. As for the horse facilities, the stable smelled strongly of ammonia, while the hay seemed old and was such poor quality that our horses barely wanted to eat it. The straw was kept in a dusty hayloft that smelled of cat urine. Never again!!!

Breakfast had everything we could want, and everyone was very welcoming. The rooms were comfortable, the stalls clean with fresh straw, and the hay was excellent. There were also spacious paddocks, with a perfect location for wonderful rides through the beautiful Jura mountains :-). Highly recommended!

The room was spotless and the bed comfortable, and we both slept really well during our two nights there. In the morning, we enjoyed a generous, delicious breakfast. Madeleine was so kind and gave us such a warm welcome. I highly recommend this family-run place ;) I stayed with a friend.

Dinner and breakfast were tasty, but the welcome left a lot to be desired. The room felt like a storage closet, with no coziness, and the straw bed smelled of cat urine. Our horses wouldn't eat the old hay, and the stalls seemed neglected. We were meant to hang our clothes over straw bales to dry, seriously?! The road and railway tracks nearby made it far from quiet and sleeping was difficult. Poor value for money. I had imagined “sleeping in the straw” would be quite different.

The breakfast was the highlight, with an amazing range of choices, including five homemade jams. The pineapple and mint jam alone would bring me back. It was just right before a day of hiking. Our rooms were well furnished and comfortable for a few nights, and communicating with the hostess was friendly, pleasant, and very easy.
