Apartment Diana E2 Nendaz

We spent nearly four hours dealing with this, and it ruined the night before our planned four-day mountain hike. The apartment was completely dirty and hadn’t been cleaned, with a filthy kitchen and bathroom, and no clean sheets or towels. We called the host four times. Only after the fourth call came a WhatsApp message suggesting we clean it ourselves for a €40 refund, which obviously wasn’t acceptable. After several hours, we managed to find hidden keys that opened a supply of sheets and towels. They were in a different place from the one our unhelpful host had mentioned. The host didn’t answer our calls and seemed to be on vacation. They ignored us even when Booking.com support tried to reach them. A parking permit was supposed to be included but wasn’t there, so we had to park illegally with a handwritten note in a permit-only area. The next morning, the host suddenly answered a simple checkout question but never addressed our complaint. Nothing was resolved. This was a huge disappointment, absolutely not worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
