The views are fantastic, and you can ski straight in and out. There's also an indoor pool and a sauna.

It's a peaceful, beautiful spot that works really well as a base for hiking. I only stayed a few days, and would happily come back for longer to see more of the region. I highly recommend it.

On rainy days, the pool is a lovely place to unwind, and there's a sauna too. The facilities are clean, and the location is great for both skiing and hiking.

Eden-Roc sits just beyond the ski resort center, and the Tracouet lift is an easy walk away. The apartments are spacious and more than decent, with some rented as holiday homes. Tenants can use the on-site pool at certain times. Prices are quite affordable outside ski season.

Depending on which apartment you're in, you may get lovely views of Nendaz and the valley. The chalet is well placed, about a five-minute walk from the gondolas, and you can ski back to it from the slopes.
