The spa facilities were brilliant, and the food was well prepared, even though they ended up serving us in the wrong restaurant. I’d been to Nendaz several times and was excited to finally try the spa hotel. I booked an Evening Spa and Dinner deal, then emailed the spa team to arrange dinner and a few hours using the facilities beforehand. Since we were coming from the UK, I wanted confirmation before flying out. They confirmed everything and even asked about allergies. But when we arrived, reception had no booking under my name and sent me to the spa desk, where they also couldn’t find it until I showed them the email chain. They then asked if we’d accept the bar restaurant instead of the main restaurant we’d booked. They also tried to move dinner an hour earlier, cutting into our spa time. I refused and kept the time I’d booked, but we had to accept the different restaurant. There was no apology or complimentary drink. In fact, we were charged 9CHF for water, and nobody made any effort to acknowledge their mistake. We were treated like an inconvenience to the whole team. If we hadn’t needed to travel home the next day, I’d have pushed for some sort of refund, but the mountain air eased my frustration.

For an evening visit, entry was surprisingly inexpensive. I think we paid CHF29 each for 6pm-8pm. The facilities were excellent, especially the outdoor pool and saunas, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d absolutely recommend it for a relaxing, good quality spa after a day skiing. 10/10.

The spa was probably the highlight: a huge two-storey setup with saunas, a steam room, salt pool, ice bath, and a large indoor and outdoor pool. The hotel is lovely, close to both the ski lifts and town centre, with stunning mountain views. Our room was spacious, with picture windows facing the mountains, and breakfast was included as a generous buffet of tasty hot and cold food. We had a couple of small issues with the hot water and room temperature, but the staff sorted them out quickly and cheerfully. They were lovely throughout. We’ll definitely come back. I almost didn’t write this because I’m worried the hotel will get too popular!

We only spent one night here and wished we could’ve stayed longer. The room was lovely, the location was perfect, and we loooved the spa. Staff were so friendly, and having spa access included with the room felt like great value. We hope to come back.

After a relaxing spa visit with my wife, we had some good snacks and drinks at the bar. Joao, our server, was welcoming and very professional. We’ll definitely be back!
