The food on the menu looked like it might be good, but the service put me off ordering. When I asked a simple question about one of the soups, the waitress laughed at me, then walked away before I could ask anything else. She hadn't brought us a drinks menu either, and seemed annoyed when we asked for one. I left without lunch. I'd only stop here if poor service doesn't bother you.

The view was beautiful, but the service made the visit uncomfortable enough that we left after our drinks. Service was quick, yet both waitresses came across as rude. One even walked away while I was placing my order, which I could only laugh at. Maybe they were having a bad day, or maybe locals get a different experience.

The Cordon-bleu suited my taste, and the portion was more than enough for lunch. I just had ice cream for dessert. The restaurant is right on the main road in Nesslau.

I stopped by the restaurant today and one of the waitresses treated me terribly. She couldn't properly explain some of the dishes on the menu. The service felt especially odd as a foreigner. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Dinner was good, though breakfast was basic and there were lots of flies around. The location is beautiful, like the rest of Switzerland. The rooms are basic and a bit old-fashioned.
