Jentsch Haus

The kitchen was well equipped and reasonably well appointed, the location is nice, and parking is about 100 meters away. But if I’d looked at the floor plan first, we wouldn’t have gone. My husband booked for five, and I know I should’ve read the description more carefully. The house could work for families with kids as long as the adults don’t mind having little privacy. The two small rooms are really cramped for sleeping, and the single room doesn’t even have a door. Anyone going to the bathroom during the night will definitely wake the others. What I found completely unacceptable in 2023 was a vacation rental with no internet, especially for EU citizens in Switzerland. My husband missed that too. A neighbor kindly told us about Wi-Fi, but it only worked with the window open. Without that, we couldn’t have planned excursions or anything, and the whole thing was very disappointing and frustrating.
