The owners work hard to make guests comfortable, and everyone was helpful. Our rooms were very clean. Some are right above the highway, though, and there’s no A/C, so we slept with the windows open. Earplugs are a good idea. There’s a pleasant lounge downstairs and a lovely patio for stopping for a drink or food along the way. We left our car there with permission. We stayed at the start and finish of our hike along part of the Vier Quellen Weg, taking the train from here to Oberalppass and returning four days later. Dinner and the generous breakfast were a real pleasure. With half board paid in advance, you get a set menu, though they were happy to make small substitutions. This was one of our best stays on our trip across Switzerland. Highly recommend! The photo is the view from our window.

The food lived up to the wonderful service. I had a tough 2h30 solo motorcycle ride ahead, but after such a great meal and attention, it felt easy. I've rarely had such kind service in a restaurant, and they took excellent care of a very special request. Many thanks!

We were craving Thai food and were surprised to find an Asian restaurant in the Goms valley. The Tom Kha Gai and Panang Curry were both delicious. Our waitress from Hungary was lovely and the service was very friendly. We'll be back!

The owner was so passionate about his hotel that this stop made our holiday. We came across the place on a road trip from the UK to Switzerland, and it was just perfect. We'll visit again.

We stopped for lunch on our way to Zermatt and got incredibly friendly, helpful service. The food was good and the prices reasonable. The Thai dishes on the menu were a nice surprise.
