We stayed with our kids and would happily return. The room was modern, clean, and stayed cool even in mid-July, with a beautiful Mountain View. Everyone was kind, breakfast was nice, and the coffee was really good. Thank you for a lovely stay!

There’s no live person available after 6pm, and checking in at the kiosk is confusing and annoying. The rooms feel bare, with very little furniture or seating. The beds are uncomfortable, the pillows are flat, and the windows have no nets. The restaurant wasn’t operating.

The bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t lock, and there was no refrigerator. Breakfast was below standard. I accidentally booked a second night and asked to cancel it, but they refused.

The staff and manager are really friendly, and the breakfast buffet is delicious with plenty to choose from. There are several room categories, but for the price I expected better cleanliness in the room and stairwell. It’s also a shame the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning.

The food was excellent, and the staff were so accommodating. We had a great stay and would love to return!
