We tried the brunch at Maison de Montagn today and loved the food, the spectacular setting, and the very friendly staff. You can get there from Villars station on a small green train that takes skiers to the slopes. Get off one stop early to enjoy all the good things they make at this wonderful spot in the Swiss Alps.

The food and service were exceptional, and we’ll definitely be back very soon. It was a superb experience. Ivan served us and is a real asset to the restaurant. It was nice to see Telmar there too!

Chef Quentin made sure every dietary restriction was handled with care, and the food stayed creative and delicious for everyone. We held our Sunday Alpine Brunch the day after our wedding, and the warm, smooth service let us relax and enjoy a beautiful setting. It was a lovely way to wrap up the wedding weekend. We’d happily recommend the place.

After a hike, this was a peaceful place to rest and take in the mountain views. The style is traditional, though the beds were warm and comfortable, and everything was clean and well kept. The friendly staff mentioned that renovations are planned soon. Good value for the money.

We’re already looking forward to coming back in winter. On Friday, October 18, 2024, we had a lovely lunch here, choosing “la chasse” (game), which was tasty and beautifully cooked. Their wine suggestion was excellent too. It’s a gorgeous mountain restaurant with great views, good food, and lovely staff.
