The place is very clean, and the beds are quite comfortable. But if you want to be treated like a kid, this is the place for you.

Thierry, the chalet manager, welcomed us wonderfully and supported us throughout our week at a winter holiday ski camp. He knew when to give us space and when we needed him. The chalet has plenty of rooms, which makes it ideal for a group of children or young adults. It was perfect for our camp!

The staff were attentive and friendly, and the rooms and bedding were clean. Breakfast was decent, and the atmosphere felt friendly and family-like. I'd recommend staying here for skiing or the thermal baths. The location is ideal too, with parking available, the postal bus stop close by, and the free shuttles just steps away.

The location is decent, right by the bus stop. But during my stay as part of a group of campers, it felt from day one as if cutting operating costs was the managers' main priority. The rooms were cold, and the blankets provided weren't enough to keep my companions and me warm. The food was very poor: dishes were undercooked, portions small, desserts pre-packaged, and breakfast minimal. The bathrooms are shared between two rooms, which isn't satisfactory, though I understand that can't be changed. The shower design is another problem. Water pools on the floor and keeps flooding it, so renovating the showers would be a good idea. This place has potential, and I hope they pay more attention to those issues. UPDATE AFTER THE OWNER'S SECOND RESPONSE. Sir, You keep trying to associate me with a ski club I have no connection to. That claim is unfounded and says a lot about your intentions. I've already made this clear: I'm not a member of the club you accuse, I didn't attend any of the events you describe, and my stay had nothing to do with that episode. Continuing to link me to it is an attempt to discredit me, not a professional response. It also lets you avoid the main issue: the specific facts I've reported, which you continue to refuse to address. The rooms weren't heated enough, and several guests were cold. You haven't disputed that or explained it. The food was mediocre, with improperly cooked dishes, small portions, processed desserts, and a minimal breakfast. You haven't given a concrete explanation for that either. The shared bathrooms have a design flaw that regularly floods the floor. Again, no denial or explanation. Do you think these facilities really reflect the quality you say you uphold? Instead of answering those observations, you attack me personally, question my identity, imply harassment, and refer to “known profiles.” Questioning who wrote a review doesn't refute its facts. Once the facts have been stated, questioning the author is just denial. Your explanation of how an arithmetic mean works is just as revealing. Negative reviews don't invalidate an overall rating. The rating loses its meaning when the aim is to remove reviews considered problematic. Treating criticism as the cause of a problem instead of a symptom denies what is happening on the ground. So here's the simple question you've avoided from the start: do you accept customer feedback, or only when it's favorable to you? My comment is factual, moderate, respectful, and legitimate. Your repeated attempts to discredit it without addressing its substance only make it more credible. I stand by my opinion in full. This discussion is closed. Your difficulty acknowledging objective and verifiable facts speaks for itself. Sincerely, Emmanuel

The food was a real letdown. The potatoes weren't even cooked, and everything served seemed processed. After paying 20,000 francs for the week, that was hard to accept. The service was extremely poor too, and my stay was terrible. I strongly advise against this place.
