It looks just as beautiful as the photos, and everything was clean and comfortable. The food was delicious, and the boss was really nice too. I had an excellent stay and will definitely come back.

Only one sauna was working when we visited. The other sauna and the hamam were out of order, and nobody mentioned that on the phone or at reception. The swimming pool wasn't worth the price either. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else.

The outdoor spa pools have a stunning view, and reception staff were friendly. I had a fantastic time. The bar's selection was limited, and the changing rooms could be better maintained, but I'd still highly recommend the place.

I've been to Les Bains d’Ovronnaz several times, even in winter, and it's always a fantastic experience. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped, and the staff are welcoming. The food has been excellent every time. The thermal baths are so relaxing, especially with those breathtaking mountain views. When the snow is down, it's absolutely magical. A great spot to unwind and enjoy nature any time of year. Highly recommended!

The apartment was great and clean, and the views were stunning. I'd recommend the natural pools with spa. The stay itself was lovely. We did have a long wait at the restaurant, which seemed short-staffed. I also asked reception for a larger house coat because ours looked like children's ones, but the man there dismissed me straight away and was very rude. One of the housekeeping men got a larger one for me immediately, so housekeeping gave much better service than reception.
