The apartment isn't the newest, but it's well equipped for what you need. The location is great, just above town, about five minutes on foot from the bus and ten from the shopping district. The kitchen is small but works well. There's a separate WC from the shower, and the living room has a TV, stereo, and a great view of the skiing area and Piz Nair.

Pontresina is a great base for hikes and bike trips, and the Chesa Blais holiday apartment is right there. It's very clean and well maintained, and the landlord is friendly and helpful.
