The patisserie creations are adorable and delicious, and the food is very good. The hotel has a lovely lobby, a nice room, a great view, and a solid spa, though tea or nuts would be nice for relaxing afterward. Breakfast was okay, but there was no freshly squeezed juice. Rougemont is a quiet village with lots of old Swiss chalets, and this is probably the best hotel in town.

I had a complicated personal situation to sort out through the hotel recently. We didn’t end up staying, so I can’t comment on that, but the kindness and service they showed me through the process were remarkable. I’m really grateful, and I hope to stay with you all soon. 10/10 service!

The view in front of Hotel de Rougemont is breathtaking, and the basement spa is amazing. The place feels elegant and cozy at the same time, and everyone was welcoming. I’d absolutely come back! ❤️

The restaurant food was tasty and nicely presented, so well done to the chef. The hotel is good in general, though a bit far from Gstaad. I found the spa disappointing, and the service could be more professional.

The food really stood out. We had dinner at the in-house restaurants both nights, and every dish was creative, full of flavor, and very well done. Breakfast was fresh, generous, and nicely presented too. Our room was clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed and lovely views. The hotel has character and feels cozy and well cared for, though it isn’t overly luxurious. We stayed for two nights, and the staff and management made us feel welcome throughout. The service, from check-in to checkout, was warm, attentive, and professional. Management was present and involved, and the personal attention made the stay memorable. We’ll definitely be back, and I’d recommend it for a relaxing stay with great food and service.
