The wellness area was great to use after skiing, and breakfast was high quality. They even cooked eggs when we asked. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the staff gave superb service. You can tell they really care about the business and their customers. I'd definitely return.

We'd booked four nights over Easter, but the weather was awful. The staff were really nice and kept us informed about the weather and ski-slope conditions. Heavy snow disrupted public transport on our last day, leaving us stuck at the hotel. Thankfully, they let us check out late at 8:00 PM. My friends were staying at another hotel and had to wait in a coffee bar for almost eight hours.

The charge came through right after I booked in March, even though I had selected Expedia’s “Pay at Property” option for my July stay. I contacted the hotel about it, but Almar at the front desk was extremely rude and brushed me off, saying that paying at the property was just “my opinion”. Expedia also tried to call the hotel and got no answer. This feels like a scam.

For the price, this was far better than I expected, so I gave it 5 stars even though it wasn’t perfect. Saas-Fee is too expensive and crowded for my taste, and staying here suited me fine. The free bus makes it easy to get there, and if you stay three nights, the hotel lets you use an e-bike for one day, which makes the trip even easier. Breakfast was better than I expected, and the room was more spacious too. I just wish there were firmer extra pillows. The ones provided were so soft it felt like resting my head on a blanket.
