We stayed six nights in a twin room with half board, and by the end the staff seemed to know us well. They remembered our breakfast order and little things about us, which made the stay feel personal. The beds were made daily, with fresh towels and water each day. Dinner was a delicious four-course meal every night, and breakfast had plenty of choice. The hotel is close to the town's sights and the slopes. From our balcony we could sit outside and watch people ice skating and skiing. We really enjoyed it and will be back.

My partner and I had a brilliant ski trip to saas fee and a great time at hotel Bristol. The location was brilliant, and the food was so delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I didn't catch their names, but two of them were honestly amazing. Thanks for such a great time, I couldn't recommend it enough!

We had a balcony room looking toward the bottom of the slopes. You can ski fairly easily to and from the hotel, with just a short walk of a few metres. The food was good, and they gave us a set menu on the first evening. Heating and shower were good too.

Hotel Bristol is close to shops, a mountain lift, and lovely green meadows where you can walk and see quite a few marmots. Our room and balcony had an unobstructed mountain view, and the hotel's location was perfect. The staff were friendly and breakfast was good. We had half-board, and dinner was tasty and excellent value for money. I can definitely recommend the hotel.
