Hotel Allalin Saas-Fee

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They gave us advice on the ski map and places to see in the village, served a delicious breakfast, and invited us to enjoy the small private sauna and steam room. On my husband's birthday, we arrived for breakfast to find decorations on our table. We hadn't told the staff it was his birthday, so that thoughtful little gesture made the day feel special. This is definitely somewhere we'd like to return to. Our room was incredibly cosy, clean and well equipped, and we really appreciated how well heated it was after skiing. It got so warm that we had to leave the window open at night. We slept deeply while breathing the fresh alpine air. The hotel is surrounded by snowy mountains and well placed for the ski slopes, trails and lifts. There's also a handy ski room right across from the Alpin Express ski lift.

We stayed for three nights and would happily return. The room was spacious and updated, with a great bathroom, and the hotel is conveniently close to the parking lot and just five minutes from the center of Saas Fee. The front desk staff were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

This little modern hotel has a quaint feel, lovely views and is within walking distance of the heart of town. The rooms were clean and modern, with some antique furniture and decor. A few rooms have lofts, so ask when booking if you'd rather avoid stairs. They also did a superb job helping load our luggage onto their little electric cars.

We had a wonderful view from our balcony, and our room had a small couch, a table for two and a flat-screen TV. The hotel is nicely decorated and conveniently close to the parking garage, ski shuttle bus and a PAM grocery store. The staff were very nice and helpful. Dinner at the restaurant was wonderful, and breakfast was plentiful. There was a coffee machine and a minibar in the lobby, where you could sit by a gas fire with a drink or take it back to your room.
