We had half-board dinners at the restaurant in Hotel Ambiente every night, and they were consistently delicious. The meals were carefully prepared and nicely presented, with enough variety to make us look forward to dinner each evening. Dining here added a lot to our stay, and we'd happily come back.

We had a wonderful week at Ambiente Apartments. Breakfast was superb, and the apartments were near both the slopes and the shops. The service was brilliant, especially Stephanie, who was so kind and helpful. We're looking forward to coming back.

THE WORST HOTEL I'VE STAYED IN. RATS IN THE ROOM!!! We found rats in our room. After we spoke to the manager, they moved us to a smaller, uglier one. The director was rude and vulgar, and the food was disgusting, with low-quality ingredients and poor cooking. This is the most horrible hotel I've stayed at. Please DO NOT COME here to stay in Sass FEE!

The people were really nice and the food was amazing. We loved the meals and the staff. The room, though, hasn't been updated, and the shower wasn't very good. There was no smart TV, just regular channels, and no microwave or refrigerator, so don't bring food or drinks that need to stay cold.

I stayed here while attending a training camp in Saas Fee, and the staff made sure I was well looked after. They were welcoming, the rooms were clean and nice, and the food was exceptional. The hotel is very close to the gondola. I had a great stay and look forward to returning.
