Alex and Heidi made my daughter and me feel at home and did everything they could to make our six night stay enjoyable. We stayed in the apartment and loved it. We ate at the restaurant twice and also had drinks at Rudi’s ski bar. The restaurant served the best meals we had in Saas Fee, with excellent service. They even remembered my daughter from when she was little and had eaten there. Highly recommended.

This is just a review of the restaurant. The service was great, and we’d definitely come back next time we’re in Saas Fee. We had the chicken breast saltimbocca with dried ham, tomato-basil jus, sautéed vegetables and risotto, plus roasted calf’s liver with port wine sauce, sweet potato blini, sautéed zucchini and apple slices. The Valaisanne was a delicious dessert. Be sure to try the Heida wine while you’re there.

We had reservations all over town, but still ended up eating here almost every day. The daily menu was fresh and varied, and the food was terrific with impeccable service. The stroganoff and carpaccio were standouts, along with whatever the chef’s special happened to be. Never disappointed.

We came back for lunch four times during our stay, and every meal was excellent. Really delicious food, quality ingredients, a great atmosphere, and very good service. Easily the best restaurant in Saas Fee.

A great range of quality starters, mains, and desserts, with excellent service. We really enjoyed dining here and would happily return. I’d recommend it to anyone after delicious food at reasonable prices.
