We keep coming back to Isabelle's. Before finding Hotel Alpha, I'd stayed at three other hotels in the valley, and this is the one I return to. It's a family-run place where Isabelle and her brother do a wonderful job. The rooms are clean, well kept, and have what you need. They're not luxury rooms, but some balconies look toward the Dom. It's quiet and comfortable, with free parking and lovely staff throughout. The food is a highlight: the restaurant meals are delicious and the portions are generous. We chose half pension and got five full courses each evening; the breakfast buffet was plenty. There's also a well-stocked Co-Op about a three-minute walk away. The location is hard to beat, right beside the Post bus and one village from Saas Fee, where prices are higher. Saastal Valley has enough to do for more than a week, and the room includes a Saastal card with great benefits for the valley's cable car system. It's about a 2.5-3 hour drive from Geneva airport.

The bus ticket for the region came in handy, and we used it a lot. Stops are less than a minute away. We had half pension, with a varied breakfast and a five-course dinner every evening. There's a cellar room for ski gear with heated skiishoe racks, and the comfortable rooms had everything we needed. We booked through TUI and arrived before check-in, but they let us have a room early. The staff and owners were wonderful and so welcoming. We had an amazing stay and will keep recommending the hotel. Thanks again, lots of love ❤️

We stayed for a week on a semi-inclusive basis. The hotel has a few flaws, but the experience made it worth five stars for us. Dinner was a daily surprise, and the landlord paid attention to what we needed, making it feel like a real Swiss experience. The price for what you get is hard to beat.

The room was warm and cozy, and the restaurant food was good. Breakfast had the same menu each day. It's a family-run hotel in a good location, with free local bus rides and a discounted hiking pass. When the owner was around, she'd greet you in the morning and try to speak with you in English. Love this place!

We had a super first week of January '23 on our winter holiday at this family hotel. The room looked a bit dated, though the modern bathroom and beds made up for that. Service was excellent and everyone was friendly. The restaurant was full every night, serving good food, and there's a bar where locals came in for a beer each evening. Half board was excellent value. Thanks for the great service and meals.
